Doug and Jeanne Kern are our contact couple for the New Yorkers for Constitutional Freedom (Duane Motley, founder).  Doug and Jeanne help to coordinate & provide information for the yearly fund raising events for the Victory family and for the yearly trip to Albany for Legislature Day.  The goal of this ministry is to keep the congregation informed as to laws affecting our beliefs and our way of life.

His Way House is a half-way house for former inmates to temporarily reside in as they rebuild their lives and relationship with the Lord.

Working in conjunction with the Good News Jail and Prison Ministry, Victory's In House Jail Ministry visits men and women in jail, grades Bible lessons completed by inmates, and disciples those who are released on parole. 

Ministering to youths inside the jail system is an incredible opportunity to reach the lost as we help them discover the saving grace of Jesus Christ.
