Who is this for? Anyone at any level and at any age can participate.
Work Out Sessions: The purpose is to improve one's overall health and fitness, strengthen fellowship, and share the gospel with others. Bring a friend! We meet Mondays and Thursdays from 6:30-8:00 PM and Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 5:30-6:30 AM either outside or in the Community Center (depending on the weather).
